Responsibilities
- Implement sales or marketing activities to continue growth on sales process andsales plan to improve company sales achievement.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue target accordingtosales plan by management.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate package to customer.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Responsible for customers contracts or billings for whole sales teams in company.
- Responsible to report monthly sales team achievement to management.
- Able to lead the sales team to develop and to service new and existing customers.
- Able to build long-term and trusting relationships with clients.
- To ensure customer service compliance, satisfaction and loyalty objectives.
- Familiar with building up sales team with commission scheme, promotion and motivation.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years on sales experience in out-of-home field are added advantage.
- Good team player and able to lead the sales team with high sense of job responsibilities, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and customer oriented.
- Past successful sales track records to be provided.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Positive working attitude and willing to accept challenges.
- Sociable and confident to interact with people of different status.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Malaysian citizen only.
