Responsibilities:
- To explore and develop outdoor advertising opportunities.
- To identify and propose prominent outdoor billboard locations – A site.
- To liaise with local authority for billboard application from submission to approval.
- To liaise, build and maintain relationships with local authority to develop outdoor ads opportunities.
- To oversee and manage maintenance of all billboards, including the structure and license renewal.
- To handle and manage all correspondences and requirements from authority and stakeholder.
- Strengthen relationships with contractors, suppliers and authority to ensure long term collaborations at all levels.
- To manage the P&L of the project and do forecast and expense budget for new project.
- To meet development KPIs
- To update database of landowner, officer and all kinds of stakeholders with clear description and grouping in LACRM.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
- Preferably with 2 years of event and media sales industry.
- Experience in out-of-home industry or government sector will be added advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written of Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Malaysian citizen only.
- Self-starter, performance driven, aggressive & result-orientated.
- Sociable and confident to interact with people of different status.
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
